exercising again
after a four-month hiatus from our regular exercise routine, we finally managed to drag our lazy butts out of the house this morning to the track. the sun was out and a nice cool breeze was in the air. we'd never seen so many people at the track at any one time before.
after four rounds (= a mile), i was ready to quit, but when i asked Dave if we were done, he said, let's go for one more round. i say, why? he says, 'coz we can! so we did.
we figure the distance between our apartment and the track is a mile roundtrip, we actually walked two and a quarter miles in all. feels good to be exercising again!

We stared going to the gym in the morning again. We started last week. We are one week ahead of you:-) The important thing is to make sure we keep it up.
Keeping it regular is our challenge, especially since we don't always go to bed at a regular and early hour!
ah, we like rollerblading - or rather i do. but we need to go up to this place by the river to get a good blading trail.
but can't go if the weather's not good. DH will then run up and down the stairs until he's sweating like he's been in pouring rain. yuck.
